Cybersec teams scoop up awards
Of the five prizes on offer at the Oxford Computer Science department’s annual Group Design competition, three went to groups with a link to the Cyber Security Centre: The Ensoft Prize for a well-designed user interface, the Palantir prize for an engaging pitch, and the Bloomberg prize for excellent presentation. All three groups were supervised by the redoubtable Jason Nurse. Huge congratulations to all the team members!
Their victory is all the sweeter now that Oxford has come second in the Guardian’s league table for Computer Science and is ranked third in the world (top in Europe) in the QS world university rankings.
